Richard H. Wiley, Sr. - 85

MECHANICVILLE – Richard H. Wiley, Sr., 85 of Saratoga Ave., died Friday evening at Albany County Nursing Home, after a brief illness.  Native and lifelong resident of Mechanicville, son of the late Oliver and Ruth Wiley, Rich, also known as Buck, joined the US Army during the Korean War, and honorably discharged in 1955.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday Dec 27th at 7 PM at DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So.Main St., Mechanicville.  Calling hours prior to the service from 4-7 PM at the Funeral Home.  Burial with military honors on Friday at 10 AM at Saratoga National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in memory of Richard H. Wiley, Sr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 AM  at All Saints on the Hudson Church, No. Main St., followed by burial with military honors at St. Pauls Cemetery.

Port Orange, Fla – Theresa DeMicco Ortega, 63, former Mechanicville resident, died Saturday, Dec 1st, at Halifax Hospice facility in Port Orange, from breast cancer that first presented itself in 2015.

Memorial Services will be held in early May of 2019 in Mechanicville with burial in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Saratoga Springs.

GRANVILLE – Timothy I. Maloy, 80, of Sheldon Rd, died Thursday December 6th at Wesley Health Care Center, with his loving family at his side.  Born in Plattsburgh on June 3, 1938, he was the son of the late Charles Paul and Dorothy Laundrie Maloy, Jr.

STILLWATER - William S. “Bill” Kelly of Hudson Avenue passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Albany Medical Center. He was 68.

Funeral service was conducted at 10:30am on       Wednesday in the funeral home with burial in the Saratoga National Cemetery with Military Honors. STILLWATER – James G. Thomas, 82, of Claremont Rd, died peacefully in the comfort of his home on December 5th, with his loving and faithful wife Helen at his side.  Born in Waterford on August 28, 1936, he was the son of the late Russell and Christine Goldsmith Thomas.
