Malta Town Board quick update, March 2 meeting:

A Public Hearing was held concerning Planned Development District (PDD) amendments being sought for  Luther Forest Technology Campus, enabling it to obtain local Saratoga County property  tax incentives, as well as any available state tax accommodations, if the financially troubled park is to attract other high-tech industries. The hearing was adjourned (not closed) and statements will be received until March 16. No further action was taken. A board workshop to work on the amendments was set for April 20 at 6:30 PM.

The Town Board will hold a workshop on March 26, 6:30PM on proposed  Rtes. 9/67 rezoning.
