STILLWATER – Frank C. Russell, Jr., 90, formerly of Russell Drive, died suddenly on Tuesday May 22nd while wintering in Naples, FL.

Born in Stillwater, April 13, 1927, he was the son of the late Frank C. and Hazel Russell, Sr.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Stillwater.

There will be no calling hours.

MECHANICVILLE -  James H. Richardson, Jr., 76, of So. Third Ave, died Wed., May 31st, at home, following a short illness.

Private services will be held at the convenience of family.

Burial with military honors at Saratoga National Cemetery.

MECHANICVILLE – Margaret Horn Brior, 82, of East Street, died Wednesday, May 30th at home, following a long illness.

A native and lifelong resident of Mechanicville, born March 17, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Horn.

A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday at 5 PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So. Main St., Mechanicville.

Thomas Leo Giacomini – 61

 

STILLWATER – Thomas Leo Giacomini, 61 of Van Ness Rd, died Tuesday morning, May 30th, at his home, after a 7 year courageous battle with cancer.

A service of remembrance will be held at the American Legion Post 91,South Main St., Mechanicville on Saturday, June 24th at Noon, following a friends gathering starting at 11 AM.  A celebration of life gathering will be held following the remembrance service on the Legion grounds.

Catherine June (Patterson) Vano 94

STILLWATER - Catherine June (Patterson) Vano, 94, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2017 at the Wesley Nursing Community after a brief illness.  Born in Mechanicville on September 28, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Nora and James Patterson.

 

A Mass of Christian Burial and a celebration of a life well-lived by a vibrant woman will be held at NOON on Wednesday, May 31st at All Saints on theHudson North Church, 895 Hudson Ave., Stillwater, NY. MECHANICVILLE – Nicholas R. Iavarone, Jr., 59, died Thursday, May 18that Albany Medical Center, after succumbing to injuries, doing what he loved most, working on one of his many properties in his hometown.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11AM at All Saints on the Hudson Church, 121 North Main St., Mechanicville. Burial in St. Paul’s Cemetery.

MECHANICVILLE -  Janet A. Cimino, 81, of Sirchia Rd died Wednesday, May 17th at Albany Medical Center, with her loving family at her side.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday at 12:15 at All Saints on the Hudson,  121 North Main St., Mechanicville, NY12118 with burial to follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be held prior to the Mass on Monday, at the church, from 10 to Noon.

Born in Cobleskill Oct 23, 1952, son of Mrs. Mary Bruce Hornauer of Cobleskill and the late Joseph Hornauer, Sr.
