HOPE Pets for Adoption

Bentley is a 3-year old neutered male Pomeranian, who is up to date on his shots and micro-chipped. He likes to ride in the car and is good with older children, dogs, and cats. He is house trained and crate trained. Bentley is like a fluffy teddy bear! He loves to be cuddled and he cuddles back quite willingly. He loves to play with balls and toys. When he gets excited he lays down on the floor throwing his head around in the cutest antics. Bentley walks well on a leash and understands the heal command. He also knows the sit and stay commands, and he will also stop barking on command. Due to Bentley's love of running, it would be best if his forever home have a fenced yard and be in a low traffic area.

Gabby is an 8-month old, black and white female kitten. She's a sweet, independent & calm little lady. Gabby enjoys hiding in boxes, surprising her friends as they walk by and having you throw a ball that she can chase. At night she insists on snuggling right up next to you and you'll wake having her stare at you until you get up and give her a treat. Gabby gets along with other cats and still plays with her dog friends..

H.O.P.E. Pets for Adoption

Vegas is a 7-year old caramel brown Boxer/Hound mix who is very sweet, very gentle, thoughtful, and well behaved. Because he loves being around people, he wants to be wherever you are. Vegas is a big snugger and a little bit of a goof ball. He has perfect potty habits; he always waits until we take him outside to "go". We are working on introducing Vegas to other dogs. It would better for him to go to a home with older kids..

Oliver is a Bassett/King Charles mix who is a very sweet and loving dog. Oliver has attended several adoption clinics and has behaved well, getting along with the people and dogs that were there. Oliver is good with dogs and cats.

Zoe is a "delicate butterfly." This 7-month old long-haired tortoiseshell, flutters around seeking out your attention. When she is not snuggling with you or sitting on your lap, she becomes a great hunter, chasing her squeaky mouse or searching for bugs to conquer. She also enjoys having dinner with you; she will share her food with you and expects you to share your food with her. If you are looking for an affectionate companion that will protect you from insects (in your house) and will occasionally dine with you than Zoe is your gal!

Like all HOPE cats, Zoe is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, worming and tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV.

ADK-Save-A-Stray

Buddy - Buddy is a little Chihuahua mix. She came to us from a high kill shelter down south. She is about 5 months old, spayed, vet checked and up to date on all shots. This little girl is a jewel of a pup. She has a sunshine personality and LOVES everyone. She adores cats and gets along very well with other dogs. She will make a lucky someone an absolutely wonderful companion. Robin's Litter - These precious kittens are about 5 weeks old and will be ready for adoption in about a week or two when they are old enough. We have been inundated with pregnant mama's and litters this year. As far as kitten season is concerned, IT HAS STARTED!!! Please, if you are looking for a precious baby to adopt now is the time. Rocco

Rocco is a sweet boxer/bulldog mix (DNA test) who weighs ~ 50 pounds. He’s 8 years old, neutered, completely vetted, and micro-chipped. Rocco loves to curl up on the couch and enjoys when his human is nearby. He is generally low key; in fact, he can seem a bit aloof at first, but only because he needs time to trust that you will not give up on him. Rocco is housebroken and will let you know when he needs a potty break. When necessary he can easily be crated, although he has not been left alone for extended amounts of time. A fenced-in yard is a must because Rocco deserves to run and play outside. Rocco should be an only pet - he needs to be with a family that focuses solely on him. In fact a one-on-one situation or an older couple might be best for him. He is smart and affectionate and will be devoted to you if you give him a chance.

Lucy

Lucy is an affectionate 5-year old declawed cat. She prefers a quiet home as an only pet or with mellow kitty companion.

Marcy

Marcy is a 3-year old, gray long-haired spayed female who is up to date on her shots. Marcy is small for her age, causing many to consider her a kitten. She gets along with everybody and can fit in, in any environment. Marcy has a very small tail that seems to be only half as long as it should be. She loves attention and will just curl up in your lap and hang out with you. For the last few years, Marcy had been living outside in an abandoned barn with a colony of other cats. She welcomed the chance to come inside and be fed and cared for by her foster family. Please give Miss Marcy the great life she deserves.

Adirondack Save A Stray – Pets for Adoption

Habersham Terrier mix - This baby was dropped off at the kill shelter by his owners. He is a sweet jewel of a pup. He has been vet checked, has first shots and dewormed. For more info please call the shelter at 518-654-6220.
